  1. On the home page of Oranje Wonen, locate the upper left corner.

  2. On the property page, you will find an orange button labeled “Contact landlord directly”.
  3. If you have purchased one of our memberships and logged in to your account, you will have access to the contact information of the landlord by clicking on the button.
  4. Alternatively, you can also use our message assistance feature to respond to the advertisement, ask questions, and schedule a viewing.
  5. With a membership, you have the advantage of being able to respond to advertisements on Oranje Wonen unlimitedly.

Once you have logged in to your account, you will be directed to the home page of your personal account. In the navigation bar, which is indicated by an envelope icon, select “Messages“. Here, you will be able to see all your conversations with various landlords, including your responses to properties.

By accessing the “Messages” section of your account, you can conveniently keep track of all your communication with landlords regarding the properties you are interested in.

To purchase a membership, you must first register an account. Once you have registered, you can proceed to buy a membership by clicking on the provided link or by selecting the “Contact landlord directly” button on the property page.

By following the link or clicking on the button, you will be directed to the membership purchase page where you can choose the desired membership option and complete the payment process.

Please note that having a membership allows you to enjoy additional benefits and privileges, such as unlimited responses to property advertisements on our platform.

The main difference between a weekly, monthly, and quarterly membership lies in the duration and renewal options:

  1. Weekly Membership: This membership option provides access for a duration of one week. If you do not cancel the membership, it will automatically renew and extend for another week. You have the flexibility to cancel this membership at any time.
  2. Monthly Membership: With a monthly membership, you have access to the services and benefits for a month. Similar to the weekly membership, it will be automatically renewed and extended for another month if not canceled. You have the freedom to cancel this membership whenever you want.
  3. Quarterly Membership: A quarterly membership offers access for a fixed period of three months. Unlike the weekly and monthly memberships, a quarterly membership does not renew automatically. It is a one-time payment option with no automatic extension.

It’s important to note that if you no longer require the membership, make sure to cancel it in a timely manner to avoid any unwanted renewals.

To make changes to your membership, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Subscription’ section, where you can view your currently active membership.
  3. On the right side of the page, you will find options to either update or cancel your membership.
  4. Once you have made your desired changes, submit your request.
  5. You will receive a confirmation message in your mailbox to verify the changes.

  2. On the next page, click on ‘Register Your Property’ under the ‘Free Rental’ section.

If you don’t have an account or haven’t logged in yet, the system will direct you to the registration page. If you’re already logged in, you will see your personal profile, and on the right side, you can choose to add a new property.

The registration form consists of three steps:

Step 1: Provide the address, postal code, and city of your property. Step 2: Fill in other details about the property, including the price, square meter, start date, and description. Step 3: Upload photos of the property to showcase it.

After completing all the details in these three steps, you can submit the form. Our team will then review and verify your property within 1 or 2 working days. You will receive a notification via email once your property is verified and published on our website. Additionally, you can find your property listed under ‘My Properties’ in your personal account.

To edit your posted properties on Oranje Wonen, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your personal account on the Oranje Wonen website.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘My Properties’ section.

Under each property listed in ‘My Properties,’ you will find options to either ‘Depublish’ or ‘Edit’ the property. Click on the ‘Edit’ option to make changes to the property information.

After making the necessary revisions, click on ‘Submit.’ Your updates will be applied in real-time, and the property listing will be updated with the new information.

Whether you need to update property details or mark it as rented, managing your properties on Oranje Wonen is quick and easy. Keep your listings up-to-date to attract potential tenants effectively.

  1. Log in to your personal account on the Oranje Wonen website.
